In the past few weeks i started to work on a shortfilm i’m very excited about.

It will be based on a famous poem and it will

be a very interesting experiment for me as a director

and for the team we put together.

It’s a project everyone is working on in the little spare time we have

but i really hope momentum will continue and will keep on working on it full steam.

… I think it will live on

U-Ram Choe is a Korean contemporary artist

creates incredible “Kinetic Sculptures” and became a big

source of inspiration for the Design and Look Development

of the project i’m currently working on.

Really inspiring.

Not a new concept but extremely well done

Beautiful short by 5 students of Les Gobelins,

Chloé Nicolay, Manddy Wyckens, Anthony Lejeune, Gaspard Sumeire, Léa Justum

French animation is always one step further imo.

I’m very glad a collection of the magic of Pixar lands in Italy,

I’m sure this exhibition will be loved not just by artists in the industry

but by the general audience as well, everyone ready to be inspired

and willing to know a little bit more about the magic behind

these new digital tools and these pioneers.

… the right homage to a man who changed

the animation industry and inspired us all

to achieve what the ultimate goal should be,

successful storytelling.

I don’t care about the total plausibility of what happens in the story,

nonetheless i found this shortfilm simple, elegant and effective (with a totally spot on soundtrack)

…. Our approach was to focus not on futuristic notions but to consider that which is timeless. People, the expression of self and the interactions between each other are timeless qualities relevant to creativity, no matter what the future holds.

The concept started quite fluidly, by briefing a variety of dancers, with individual performance styles, to develop choreography based on the concepts of growth, sharing, sending and receiving.  …..
